This is not a Diary Entry, just a little addition to the last one in which I was meaner to Mr Rutter than was necessary by blaming him for the "African Sanctus" which, of course, is by David Fanshawe. This does not change my feelings concerning that piece but I really should double check what I am writing before I post! I think my confusion arose from the fact that I heard both pieces during my second year of university which was filled with the drinking of home made wine. We used to leave it to ferment in our airing cupboard. My liver and my faculties were strained that year.
So apologies to Mr Rutter. I promise to check and recheck everything from now on!
