So long, farewell, Auf Wiedersehn etc...

This is just a short post to say goodbye to the Incompetent Soprano. I have enjoyed writing this diary over the past couple of years but as my singing career has come to an end so has this blog. I have ultimately proved too incompetent for the business of show and have to bid it farewell before it drives me completely insane (I am about 80% there right now).

I could go into detail about the whys and wherefores of my decision but really, who cares? Anything I say will sound like fishing and I don't need talking down from the ledge. I jumped about two weeks ago when I parted company with my agent who incidentally put up no fight whatsoever when I said I no longer wanted to do this. One of many final nails in the coffin of my career. Anyway I have said too much.

Thank you to all those who read every post, apologies to those who thought me egotistical and unfunny. Perhaps we will meet again. Perhaps I will start a blog about spot welding (nicked from a friend).
